If passed, Proposition 15 would essentially repeal provisions of Proposition 13 and require commercial and industrial properties to be taxed based on market value despite opposition from county assessors who say it cannot be implemented.

Now, more than ever, we need sound economic policy. Proposition 15 would increase taxes and drive businesses out of California.

If passed, Proposition 20 would reverse provisions of Propositions 47 and 57 which have resulted in an increase in certain crimes and made our communities less safe. Proposition 20 would also restrict parole for certain offenders and reauthorizes felony sentences for certain offenses currently treated as misdemeanors.

If passed, Proposition 22 would allow app-based driver to be considered independent contractors. Proposition 22 would also enact industry-specific labor policies including minimum compensation, health care subsidies and background checks.
